Boat Dock with Cabin, Slide, Hydro Hoist, and diving board-
This truly is a One of a Kind Dock. This dock is approx. 44’ 6” by 26’6” and has a 28’ boat slip with a hydro hoist located in the center of the dock. This dock also has a cabin that’s approx. 14’4” by 26’6” which is great to get out of the sun on these hot Texas Summer days, or Camp out. The Cabin has a kitchen area, Fridge (works marginally), a lake shower, One closet, a set of Bunk beds (1 single, 1double) and a Futon. This Dock has electricity, two ceiling fans, but no A/C. A window unit could be installed easily if desired. The exterior of the Cabin area is constructed from Old Barn Wood (recycled) and a Corrugated metal roof so it has a very Rustic Look to it. The Dock is extremely stable and its substructure is fabricated of Steel and Foam. It has approx. 50% of the foam encapsulated. The boat dock is approx. 10 years old. The dock is equipped with a Lake pump to provide water for the Slide and cabin.There is a Sony Stereo system included with inside and outside speakers to provide sound to the Dock. This Dock is Great! It’s like having your own little get-away on Lake Travis, Fun for the Whole family.
